A Quick Birthday Card and some news!

So I needed a birthday card for a surprise birthday party this evening and had no idea what I wanted to do.  Stampin' Up!'s great website to the rescue! This is a case from a card someone posted on there that they had taken a picture of at convention so I have no idea who made it. Sorry I can not credit the creator it is a very cute card. I did change it up some, I embossed the background, and changed the sentiment to the inside of the card instead of on the front. I didn't want the candles covered that much. The candles are dsp paper cut into 1/2 strips and the flames are the wing from the bird punch sponged with pumpkin pie ink.

Now for the news!

Check back Monday for how you can win a free stamp set! It won't be as easy as the last one where all you needed was to comment on the blog. Going to make you work for this one a little.
