SU fabric and the big shot!

Ok, so I have heard how great the big shot is at cutting fabric but wow!  I meant to take a picture of my stack of little squares before I started this project this afternoon but forgot. I was able to cut all the squares for this tote (it was around 60 squares) in less than 10 minutes. Sure beats the hours I spent with a rotary cutter cutting the ones for the baby quilt I made a couple years ago. The blue fabric on the lining and handles are not SU but the rest is. I still need to wash it to fray it but I think it turned out cute for something that I spent just under a couple hours on. I think I could have gotten it done sooner if I didn't have the kids wanting me to do stuff. I mean how important is dinner anyway?  I also made a tissue holder with the scraps but will have to take pics and post it later.

Now how about a contest with FREE STAMPS!

I have a contest going on right now. I have a brand new "Reason to smile" stamp set to giveaway.  All you have to do is look at the catalog link on the side of my blog and comment telling me what stamp set is your favorite.  The contest will end Wednesday night at 8pm, when I will try to figure out the random number generator and post the winner.
